I was making sure that we have collected the right references from the tenants and controlled if they had the rights to rent, in addition, we ensured properties meet legal and health, and safety requirements, e.g. gas safety certificates. furthermore, I had the role of answering telephone calls and by this, I improved my customer service and administration skills.
