  As MD of Empire State my responsibilities include: Ensuring the quality of our work at Empire State is permanently improving and that we're always striving to be better. Being a startup we have every excuse to have a cool "space", table tennis and a PS4. Interacting as people outside of your work is critical in creating a lasting culture and moving past company, towards family.
