Spearheaded project management and implementation of $70M security and enterprise systems on all healthcare-owned facilities in central region. Coordinated massive training program for 90,000+ employees in areas of aggressive behavior, management of assault behavior, certified protection, fire and safety, and more. Identified training needs and launched online training, accessible to employees 24/7. Project managed extensive pandemic planning for former health regions and conducted health safety audits and accreditations. Coordinated joint efforts for pandemic events, including how to roll out vaccines, protect and upkeep vaccine equipment, and how to allocate vaccines for ~3 million people in province. Led development and delivery of Fire and Life Safety program to 142 acute facilities, 600+ clinics and long-term facilities including cancer centers, mental health, and AADAC. Program included maintenance of equipment and drills and is audited to ensure effectiveness.
