Ed is a very strong relationship individual, whether that be on a customer or a personal level it doesn’t matter. He does a phenomenal job of building a one on one relationship to which he becomes an outright advocate for. We’ve been consistently getting great comments from our customers specifically reaching out regarding his professionalism and attention to their needs. One could look far and wide to find an individual like Ed, but you’d hard pressed to find a relationship builder like him. He’s a major asset to any organization.

      I partner with clients of WoundRounds post implementation to most effectively utilize our solution. Helping clients with questions that arise, situations that are unforeseen, as well as daily events that occur are part of what I do as an account manager. Fielding calls from wound care nurses, DONs, MDS Coordinators, administrators and corporate team members add to the satisfaction I get knowing I'm helping them to help those who need it. With the busy and sometimes stress filled schedules of health care providers, helping to ease their burden allows me to truly be a partner. It makes my day!
