  Directs, leads, and organizes secondary operations with eight supervisors and with a manpower of 330 regular employees on a 24/6 operations. Ensures that GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), plant SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), FSSC (Food Safety Standard Certification), and Work Instructions are strictly implemented and followed. This is geared to produce the quality dressed chicken by products. Expedites purchase requisitions for materials/equipment essential to productivity improvement. Promotes / implements management programs to adhere to Key Performance Indicators. Conducts/reviews performance appraisal of employees and recommends recognition as needed. Prepares key performance index reports for submission to the Plant Operations Director.
