      If you were in the call center business during 1995 to 2005, you must be familiar with MarCom Technologies, headquartered in Plantation, Florida.MarCom was a Top 10 Call Center operator and innovator, specializing in high quality inbound /outbound projects in English and Spanish. Our clients were among the most well known Fortune 1000 "brand name" accounts.As founder and CEO at MarCom, I developed proprietary call center management and predictive dialing systems and then built state of the art call centers throughout Florida, Pennsylvania and the Domincan Republic, In 2002, as an experienced call center operator and designer of call center automation systems, I was the first person to be invited to invest in, and open a call center operation in The Dominican Republic, in partnership with the Dominican Government, in an effort to bring employment to the country.Today there are 35,000 workers in my original free zone. In 2004, I negotiated the sale of MarCom Technologies to SR. Teleperformance, a French public company, the world's largest call center operation with 3 billion dollars annual revenue.
