  Ed grew up in the Philadelphia area while attending St. Joseph's prep in North Philadelphia. He always enjoyed the city life and the energy it provided. He went to Penn State University where he graduated with a major in finance from The Smeal School of Business. After a brief stint on Wall Street, Ed felt the call of Philly and the exciting arena of real estate. He sought out the most successful realtor/broker to learn from and eventually joined the McCann Team.Ed uses his experience to proactively address details before they become problems and initiate communication in every detail of the transaction, from the first call all the way to close.
