Starting from a commercial role, focused on the Pharmaceutical and Tech industries, Ed progressed to leading a commercial team on a diverse portfolio of projects concurrently including Health, Commercial, Retail, Infrastructure, Engineering, Leisure in addition to core sectors. Eds team also had ownership of work finding and work winning to support growth within this portfolio. Ed then progressed to focus on work winning, developing into the Chief Estimating role. This encompassed leading a team of Bid Managers, Planners, Submissions Writers, Designers and Coordinators as well as the Irish based Building Estimating team.
