I have known Ed for over 3 years and he is an experienced and very knowledgeable food merchant. He is always searching for ways to improve the quality of service and the product presentation in our stores. He was an invaluable resource on industry best practices. He is a licensed Basset trainer who helped train and assure the completion of the certification process for all cashiers at my store. He has a strong sense of urgency when needed as shown during the roll-out of new operating procedures for the meat dept. (project O).
