It has been my pleasure to work with Ed over the last 7 years. Ed approaches our business with passion and excitement. Ed is an excellent mentor and cares about the development and results of those who report to him. Ed is solid in sales, operations and the administrative sides of the job that determine the long term success of an office. Ed is very open to coaching and always looking for ways to enhance his career, the company and the skill sets of those who report to him.

Ed and I have worked together for 6+ years now. Over the course of this time Ed has acted as both mentor and trainer helping me reach a higher level of competance and success that I possess today. Ed brings a strong work ethic coupled by everlasting knowledge of both the Staffing Industry as well as every detail of the Organization he works for to the table. Ed is leader by example and bends over backwards in helping both his subordinate staff as well as his peers reach the highest levels of success as possible. Ed would be an asset to any organization...I'm just glad he works for ours!

With our consolidation, I asked for and was granted the position of Area Director. This allowed Jo Ann and me to remain in Louisiana, even though it did result in a move to Baton Rouge from Monroe. With my new role, came the exciting opportunity of working with Sally Jo Taylor, my RVP, and 5 dynamic offices led by a great team of Branch Managers. As the poet wrote many years ago, and I'm getting to experience it today, "the best is yet to be." With our consolidation, I asked for and was granted the position of Area Director.
