Directly supervised scanning staff of 15 employees accountable for all records being available in EPR system within 24 hours of discharge. Programmed workflow/system reporting within the EPR system for the organization, to include but not limited to: Security Chart Access Audits, System Error Logs, Missing Charts. Served as liaison between system users and technical support group/Information Technology department. Creation, management and support of EPR workflows to streamline processes between interdepartmental areas of the HIM department as well as workflows for additional departments within the organization.
