Ed and I worked together for 18 months in the Middle East. During this time he had managed to be promoted successfully to head of his department. Not only does Ed show dedication to his work but he always aspired to achieve great results. He implemented new, innovative ideas that not only generated revenue but enhanced the customer experience. Ed was well respected among the team and his clients. His professionalism makes him easily approachable and he demonstrates great leadership skills. Ed's enthusiasm for the golfing industry is evident as he aspires to be the best at what he does and to contribute to the success of the industry. It was a pleasure working with him and I would happily do so again should the opportunity arise.
