Worked remotely for five months to support the team, joined weekly Head of Department meetings, and built a strong rapport both up and down the chain of command. Five months after the visa application was lodged, with up to another ten months processing time due to Covid related backlogs with immigration dept, a decision to terminate the agreement was agreed.
