Ed is one on the best Technicians I have ever worked with. He was actually on the interview team that hired me and influenced me to accept the job at HP. He always goes after the root cause, shares his knowledge and mentors others freely. He is very easy to get along with and will take a leadership role when needed. He is a self starter and works well alone or with other equally. If you need an employee for any job Ed feels he wants to apply his skills to I recommend you hire him. You will not be disappointed no matter what the position is.
