I co-managed a team of actuaries, actuarial students, educational psychologists, industrial psychologists, forensic accountants, neuropsychologists, psychometrists, interns and translators. I co-founded EDGE Actuarial Consulting with a trusted business partner. Our initial focus was on providing an alternative solution to the way that medical negligence claims were typically being settled. Through an innovative and multi-disciplinary solution, we were able to provide clients with reports that were a significant improvements on the industry standard and resulted in dramatic cost-saving. Later, I was actively involved in business development and expanded the business to include life insurance consulting.
