I was fortunate enough to have Ed as my manager at Khoros (2022-2023). He joined our Ops team during an extremely busy time and immediately jumped in and adapted to the the challenges of the role. His leadership, strategic thinking and level head allowed him to build trust with our team in a very short amount of time. Ed continued to build on that trust and maintain that standard of leadership throughout his time at Khoros. He is very skilled at balancing short term results with long term value at both the individual contributor and team level. He is also great at developing a clear vision for how to move forward effectively in situations where there is a high level of ambiguity. I hope I get the chance to work with Ed again and I know he will continue to bring great value to the teams and leaders that get to work with him in the future.
