Since joining REDS in 2001, I have played in integral part in developing REDS to become one of the leading inland / inshore diving companies in the UK.From our original markets of nuclear power stations, harbour and local authorities, government bodies (such as the MOD / Environment Agency / British Waterways), REDS has moved with the market to provide a greater range of services both offshore and onshore. REDS entered the offshore wind market in 2007 developing a whole new range of services and capabilities to meet the demands of the offshore market, whilst cementing our place within existing markets. Since our first project back in '07 REDS has carried out over 40+ major projects within the offshore wind market within the UK and Europe and now provide a range of services including diving, confined space, rope access, IRM, cable pull ins, cable shore ends, cable recovery and a range of other services.During my 17+ years at REDS I have overseen all marketing and sales related activities from client liaison, organisation of exhibitions both in the UK and overseas. As part of a relatively small team I have often played a part in supporting the operations department and over the past few years being the main contact between REDS and vessel owners and brokers.
