      Responsibilities: - Deployment (baremetal or cloud), management and support of Ribbon (formerly Genband&Sonus) SBC, Metaswitch SSC, MSC - the products support multimedia session control, interworking and security to VoIP network deployments. And also support for the monitoring, management and provisioning elements of the SBC/SSC - Giving 7/24 technical support & guiding to customers and handling the customer problems with the products - Performing software and OS level upgrades - Performing acceptance tests - Configuring the services (like NTP, SNMP, networking, named, SSH, SMTP etc.) - Troubleshooting by checking SIP call flows, analyzing CDRs, logs, traces etc. - Reproducing issues in a simulated lab environment (by using SIPP, Cygwin, VMware, Freeswitch etc.) in order to enhance support quality - Providing remote and on-site support, pinpointing critical server problems - Planning and performing migrations - Physical installation in datacenters - Reporting the problems to the vendor and working with the support team of the vendor. - Creating bash shell scripts for daily operations. - Chasing the performance for hosted systems(in London and Boston) - Coordination with the customers & vendor Additional Project: Responsible of Turkcell Reporting/Recording Project - Giving technical support to Turkcell - Coordination between two vendors of this project and Turkcell Show less
