      Under the Practicing Medicine/ Urban Semester Program, Ebunoluwa spent 8 weeks based at NYP/Weill conducting clinical rotations with physicians in hospital settings and clinics as an observer. She took a weekly course titled Health Care Culture and Career taught by Dr. Sam Beck in addition to attending seminars with faculty from Weill Cornell Medicine. Angela gained a general knowledge of common childhood illnesses and protocol for skills, along with personal skills on how to interact with patients and parents. Completed a research practicum on "The Effect of Reactive Oxygen Species on Resistant Breast Cancer Cells." During the summer of 2016 I returned to Georgetown to collaborate with the same post-doctoral student, participating in additional research such as cell proliferation and luciferase assays on resistant breast cancer cells.
