I am honored to write a recommendation for Ms. Ebony Everett. Ms. Everett and i worked together at DRG Laboratories in Alpharetta, GA, where i became exquisitely familiar with Ms. Everett’s talents, abilities, and impressive work ethic. While we worked in different areas of the company, Ebony could always be counted on to solve, with minimal (really, NO) difficulty or aggravation. I was regularly impressed with the manner by which Ms. Everett responded to (and solved) the innumerable questions that crossed her path. All of this was achieved with a pleasant disposition and professional aplomb! I can personally say that the very few times i attempted to fill Ebony’s role, i because instantly short and frustrated! Which should be an amazing example of how talented Ebony is at fulfilling her duties. During the time we worked together, i had the opportunity to interact with several members of our team who should have had significant experience secondary to education or previous work, who were less interested in what we did at the laboratory than Ebony was. Lastly, i want to point out that Ms. Everett has been an inspiration to me for as long as I’ve known her. In the face of seemingly insurmountable professional or personal odds, Ebony always kept a smile on her face and treated all those she interacted with with impressive patience and enviable maturity. I am proud to say that Ebony and i have remained in contact despite moving on to new employers. In conclusion, if you are looking for the absolute best in customer service and client satisfaction, look no further than Ms. Ebony Everett.
