Resident Advisors are senior students at Trinity Residential College who have been employed by the college to assist and support other residents. Responsibilities include:• Working as a part of the Resident Leadership Team which assists residents in the community of over 350 students.• The provision of pastoral care, conflict resolution, and support for more than 40 residents within the wing, and over 350 residents within Trinity Residential College.• Event planning, promotion, and execution including sports, social and casual events.• Engaging with residents in a diverse community.• Working in a Residential Leadership Team with 7 other Resident Advisors, 10 Resident Coordinators, a Senior Resident Advisor and Coordinator as well as Full Time Staff of the college.• Communication with Residents and the Residential Leadership Team with many public speaking opportunities.
