Working with the head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Ipswich State High School in their Rugby League Excellence Program. This formed part of the practical requirement for the QUT Exercise Physiology degree. Responsibilities included working with teachers and student athletes from all year levels (Year 7 to 12) to develop strength and conditioning programs to enhance performance both on and off the field. The role entailed demonstrating and communicating the prescribed programs to the athletes, as well as monitoring lifting technique for injury prevention.
