Conducted and scheduled training events in a cGMP laboratory for ELISA testing using Ortho Clinical Diagnostics SUMMIT and Ortho Summit Processor, ChLIA testing using Abbott PRISM, screening of results through Flow Cytometry of CBC, Differential, and Reticulocyte counts using Siemens ADVIA 120 Hematology Analyzer and other laboratory tests and practices, including spectroscopy, centrifugation, and PCR preparation of donor samples. All were performed in a regulated environment, which included government, organization, and manufacturer's guidelines.Met all deadlines as required by the training, production, and implementation needs of each department.Directly prepared all reading and training materials necessary for training events; i.e. WIs, SOPs, Power Point presentations, tactile examples, etc. Recorded and maintained training events’ assay training type, dates, and status using Microsoft Office, primarily Excel, Access, and Power Point, in addition to the organization’s Biomedical Integrated Training System (BiTS).Provided detailed reports of training to management staff and routinely gave presentations to staff within a classroom training setting.Led the validation, qualification, training, and operation of the Siemens ADVIA 120 Analyzer, which included running QC, daily, calibration, linearity, routine maintenance and troubleshooting. Developing, revising, and submitting change requests for SOPs were also accomplished during this process. Throughout this implementation, it was necessary to maintain strong communication with the vendor.
