First allow me to say that Eboni Gatgewood-Crenshaw is a highly talented HR individual that maintains prolific insight and sensitivity in her field. This is highly unusual in this day and time. I met Eboni when she served the District through the Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) in 2008. Then, her professionalism brimmed through her personality. Her knowledge of the law regarding HR was second to none. She befriended and mentored me along with several others and I was able to hit the ground running to perform my job with a high level of confidence. She has remained open to assisting persons that demonstrated a willingness to listen and learn. Her efforts in HR were and remain stellar because the attitude she presented then still remains opened, engaged and warm. She has the hats needed to perform an array of management tasks because she collaborates and provides opportunities for success and growth. She is above and beyond a rare find!
