  As part of my Digital Marketing Apprenticeship, I primarily manage digital outputs and social media for all of ELM Groups' several accounts, which are all a series of educational websites which provide medical education to clinicians around the world, among several other tasks, such as simple graphic design, video editing, copywriting, email communications and website developments. I am often involved in creating new, engaging infographics to promote resources such as podcasts and educational courses and designing logo graphics, banners, and brochures. This work involves monitoring social media accounts consistently, analyzing best practice strategies, and developing and evolving the content we post in a way to keep engagement rates and CTR high.I also am responsible for collecting the metrics and statistics from each media stream on a regular basis, in order to monitor current performances across the company. I use Google Analytics to monitor the engagement across services such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn ensuring that interactions were increasing, before creating documents to be presented to management and clients, which has refined my competency in data collection and using both Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. I work closely with a number of skilled medical writers, which is a fantastic learning opportunity in terms of writing and reviewing the written content I produce, and I continue to learn and develop the level of written communication I am capable of. I have also been a key role in the development of a new scientific platform for clinicians, which aims to improve the overall care for individuals with achondroplasia. During this project, I was responsible for supervising and advising the website development and now monitor and update the website regularly using WordPress. This led to me learning about multiple areas of web design, SEO, graphic design, and more and has been a fantastic opportunity to further my own knowledge and experience.

It is one of my bigger passions and is the reason for me developing such a creative flair now. I have a wide variety of knowledge over a suite of Adobe products such as Lightroom and Photoshop and use it regularly to ensure the best possible results for my clients.   My role at Aldi as a Customer Assistant provided a fast paced, dynamic atmosphere which I thrived in. I was responsible primarily for working stock and serving customers at the till points, and for maintaining a high level of customer service and representing the Aldi brand. I worked as part of a multiskilled team in an environment where it is necessary to be able to operate in different areas of the store efficiently in order to ensure that the store is running productively. Job demands have also changed over the Covid-19 pandemic, and as such, I undertook responsibilities such as increased cleaning, managing flow of customers in and around the store, working on the door and managing queues, and making sure everyone adhered to social distancing policies.
