I worked with Scott for a number of years as his manager in oversight of the PMO and IT Management teams and their delivery. Scott took on the the responsibility of managing and caring for our largest set team, on-site customer. He took the reins at a time when the team was in some turmoil and the Field Operation of the customer were not satisfied with the support they were receiving. Scott went to great lengths to stabilize and improve upon the support that the customer was receiving from our services. He demonstrated a great ability to communicate and build relationships. He served as a very effective bridge between the business and the information technology environment. Ultimately, he improved service delivery and management of IT, saving the customer significant amounts of money and increasing their satisfaction as a long-term, loyal customer. I would welcome the opportunity to work with Scott again.

Scott is a great asset to any company, he is results driven and customer focused. I had the pleasure of working with Scott at Canadian Freightways, there were varied challenges. Scott and I worked together relentlessly to determine the root cause of issues and find corrective solutions, ultimately we were a great team and were able to resolve anything we encountered. Many of the situations required teamwork while others were individual efforts, in the end we would always come together and share our findings. I learned a lot from Scott and will always be thankful for his sincerity and guidance.
