  I am the Community Engagement Officer for On Our Radar. As part of this role, I manage and support a community reporter network of over 70 people across Sierra Leone.   I worked as a mentor for 3 years. Mentoring radio stations on basic journalism skills like interviews, editing,news writing,program making etc. After the 3 year I became the lead Presenter and Producer. During that period I was the presenter for the Queens Young Leaders program(Dis Na Wi Voice)- that focused on empowering youths through the media. I was also the presenter for their Comic Relief Malaria project- which mainly focused on using behavior change communication to dispel myths and misconceptions around Malaria and changing people's perceptions.
