If you want someone who will always find the most efficient way to get something done, then look no further than Earl. I had the opportunity to work with Earl as both my coworker and supervisor for a little over two years. As a coworker, we collaborated well together. He valued my opinions and was open to hearing multiple sides of any story, while also knowing when he had to make a final decision. As a supervisor, he never micromanaged. He trusted me to complete my work by the deadlines I was given, believing that I'd provide the quality work he requested. It was with his encouragement, empowerment, and honest feedback, even when difficult to hear, that I was able to grow in more ways than one. Don't get me wrong, though, as hardworking as Earl is, he knows how to take a joke and has an amusing sense of dry humor! I honestly miss working with him, but I know that wherever he works he'll bring the same problem-solving inquisitive mind that I'll always associate with him. Any workplace would be lucky to have him!

Earl is one of the sharpest people I've met, and his brain is always working up ways to make processes more effective and efficient. He was my direct supervisor for several months and I really learned a lot from him and he helped me expand my skill set. He's an empathetic boss and leads by example. It was a pleasure working with him and he would be an asset to any team.

Efficiency is the name of the game when it comes to Earl. I had the pleasure of working with Earl for 3 years at F.I.R.S.T. Institute. I was able to learn from him professionally during the time I reported to him as a supervisor. He is a very smart guy with a great ability to multitask task. Earl also has a sense of humor that is one of kind and is missed more than he knows. I feel very confident to say that he would be a great addition to your team and will provide a work ethic that you will be more than happy with.
