  We have succesfully navigated Synergen through the height of pandemic by reengineering the sales process and migrated critical operations to a virtual set up at the start of the lockdown. We trained and provided tools to our salesforce to equiped them with this new initiatives. We gave full support during the transition phase. All promotions, engagements, presentations and sales bookings were migrated virtually. By June of 2020, we regained the monthly average sales pre-pandemic. We end the year strong and can confidently say we survived. In 2021, we remaimed aggresive because we intend to thrive. Having this mindset help overcome the fear of uncertainty as we traverse challeges ahead of us. We are ending 2021 strong and heading to a more promising 2022. We continue to arm ourselves with new skills and enhance competency suited for the new normal.
