The first time I took part in Quota's training seminar was as an Account Manager with Enercare Connections in 2012 which catapulted my professional career. Implementing his practices in to my day-to-day tasks was a key turning point in my development. Fast forward to April 2017 - I utilized Earl's program for my team, the feedback from my team was tremendous. The content of his programs is current, uses real life examples/experiences and provides a detailed, fluid approach to professional sales. Terry Lewis tmhr consulting inc. I have been working with Earl Roberson for a many years and I have found him to be an amazing partner, great person and a very knowledgeable salesman who knows how to sell and what makes a great sales person. I am not a sales person by trade but running a small software development business I do have to find, sell and close business deals. I have attended a number of sales training seminars and the Quota game seminar is the only one that had me more energized and excited late in the afternoon instead of trying to keep my eyes open listening to terrible presentations in other seminars. Having worked on, designed and developed the QuotaCRM (Sales CRM)with Earl, i have had the opportunity to learn and implement and use the Quota system in my business and it does work. I highly recommend Earl's book as another piece in the puzzle of how to find, develop and close your sales.
