Eamonn is magic. Having Eamonn as a personal coach helped me grow and develop in so many ways. I learned to navigate and find my place in a tricky relationship; cleared out some associations with past experiences and made way for new healthier ones. He gave me a variety of tools and techniques that I still use to maintain my personal equilibrium. The English version of the book, Improving Agile Retrospectives, was published in 2017 by Addison-Wesley Professional.
