Delivery of projects on a 3D platform to BIM level 2. Created workflow documents detailing best practice when modelling using civils 3d. Responsible for the undertaking of project programmes, outlining when tasks need to be completed, such as statutory approvals, tender dates etc. and ensure that these tasks are adequately resourced by coordinating the project team. Responsible for checking the drawings, reports, calc, etc. produced by my team. Determine resources of others on a fortnightly basis. In particular Graduate Engineers, Technicians and can also sometimes involve organising resources from outside the company, from whom my project requires their input, such as topographical surveyors, Engineers from other disciplines etc. The majority of projects which I am involved in tend to have a multi-discipline design team, including an Architect, M&E Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, CDMC, Structural and Civil Engineers, Landscape Architects etc.
