I was associated with Andreas for almost an year and he is one of the best managers that i have worked for. He is so clever to understand the strength of his team members and ensured that he provided the required support whenever required. He also ensured that handling critical projects with him as the manager was coated with cushion as he took the role to step-up and back his team and ensured that team delivers the expected result with much ease. He led the team with style and ensured that he took the leadership role when needed and managed to give us the required motivation as a fellow team member. Personally, i enjoyed working with Andreas and he is such a good person with a very professional outlook and a very kind personality from within. I wish all the very best to Andreas in adding feathers to his hat with continued success in his career.

I have worked closely with Andreas at Vestas Wind Systems A/S, where I hired him into platform management, and had him as key contact person when I moved to MHI Vestas Offshore Wind A/S. Andreas is a very nice person to work with and has good people skills. Andreas is also an excellent project manager, being able to lead a large size development project and team, which high exposure in an international environment. Andreas has a good understanding on the wind business and is able to link his role into the bigger picture. I can fully recommend Andreas as project manager/director or as line manager, and am comfortable that he will succeed in such a role.
