In addition to my role in private law firms, for almost 20 years I have served as general counsel for military and civilian leadership as to diverse array of clients with broad exposure to advising clients on international law, information technology, labor and employment, regulatory compliance, ethics, litigation support, fiscal law, and government regulation. In-depth experience in risk mitigation strategies, regulatory analysis and counsel, and drafting of proposed policies and protocols. Skilled in control of outside counsel, limitation of expense, and contracting.
