Working directly with middle market and large-cap businesses, it specializes in equipment loans and leases with flexible terms and rates tailored to the equipment and credit strength of the borrower. This unit supports a large number of industries including Aircraft for business and personal use, commercial aviation, construction, energy, healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, marine (Jones Act and Blue Water), rail, technology and transportation... Capital Markets purchases structured, cashflow and asset backed products in the market. Given the growth of our direct team within our EF vertical we have also recently increased our syndications capabilities. Franchise Finance is an expert team at BciC, with more than 100 collective years of franchise lending experience. We have been helping franchisees in food and non food brands for many years. We provide acquisition & refinancing loans, real estate loans and development lines of credit that can be used for new store development, remodeling or other strategic purposes.
