Bio
Casey Myers, M.A.
Erica assisted in the development of the monitoring and evaluation plan of two of our educational programs. She provided useful insights, suggestions, direction, and implementation while creating our survey questionnaires. Erica was extremely professional, attentive, positive, and driven. Always prompt on meeting deadlines and eager to take on more work as needed. Additionally, Erica is a delight to work with. She brings a great attitude and energy to the team and worked just as well with our other team members as she did completing individual work on her own to present at our next meeting. You've made our programs better and allowed us to increase our impact to those in need. Thank you! I look forward to working more with you in the future!
Patricia Cosulich-Smith
Erica is committed to producing quality work that positively impacts the world around her, and the results show that Erica’s hard work pays off. She sees the big pictures and can simultaneously understand detailed data and numbers in practical ways, which is a powerful and unique combination. Her ability to remain on task, create impressive results, and maintain an enjoyable demeanor make her an ideal collaborator. Because of her exceptional contributions to Refugees Illuminated, I hired her for evaluation for In the Lyme Light Monologues. This is a social change education play highlighting the personal impacts and political issues surrounding chronic Lyme disease. Erica has been instrumental in designing and implementing methods of evaluation since the beginning of this project — her creativity, intelligence, and problem solving skills have been invaluable. This was a particularly unique project because it is not common for theatre artists to conduct surveys on the social outcomes of individual plays, so the creation of this survey instrument required creativity on Erica’s end. Because of Erica, In the Lyme Light Monologues has a great set of pre and post data from our first read through, as well as a strong foundation for further methods of evaluation. Thanks to Erica, we are able to critically evaluate our impact and effectiveness. Plus, we now have aesthetically appealing and easy to understand visuals.
