Cristina was one of the supervisors responsible for my training when I started my fabulous journey working for the In Room Dining department in Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam. We worked together for almost a year and I can say I developed and learned a lot observing her daily performance. Thanks to her efforts, passion, dedication and excellent teaching skills, I could learn step by step the luxury service standards of a five star property. She taught me how to setup and deliver the in room dining experience to our amazing guests following the most high standards required to reach our guest expectations for amazing service. Also learned with her the setup and delivery of VIP amenities for our special guests. This specific task required a lot of creativity and improvisation and I can say she was always up to the challenge. Under her supervision, I also learned how to go the extra mile to always provide great service and always keep a smile towards our colleagues and guests. Her passion, people skills and hard work are admirable and difficult to find. She is professional, reliable and gives everyday her best, a true asset for any company that might decide to hire her.
