  During my time at DSISD, I created and delivered curriculum that fulfilled Texas state requirements and district expectations while concentrating on students’ individual needs and learning styles in a fast-paced environment. I implemented individual learning plans for students under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Special Education IEPs, and the English Language Learners program. I also managed various assessments of achievement in a metrics-based environment, using data to modify content as needed, as well as monitor individual growth and performance.
