Jonathan Guillén González
Putting it simple, Enric is BRILLIANT. He brought his fresh, innovative and perfectionist talent to Cube's UX/UI and Design team and that really made a difference in Cube Technology's history. He is more than performant and he thinks beyond his limits to make sure his proposals work at all levels. To achieve that, Enric cares to understand how things work. In our case, he worked hand-to-hand with our developers and scientists. He was involved in their routines to be fed with perspective and it was amazing how he always fit our needs and ideas in his designs and proposals. He has great graphic design software skills. His stack includes Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, Adobe XD and Wordpress, speaking of which, he can also work with HTML and CSS. Enric has a deep sense of discipline and professional care of his duty. He can be relied on and cares to generate that feeling of trust that makes things work within his team. Actually, he was hired as an UX/UI Graphic Desinger, but he also played management roles, proving to have great people, product and project management skills too, leading a small team of 3 people plus intership groups and a few web projects we worked on.
