I'm responsoble for managing projects of software implementation and support at IT consulting company. My projects are mainly in the field of Business Intelligence followed by MDM and Financial Planing software as well as custom mobile and web development. My responsibilities: - Participation in tenders and pre-project analysis, preparation of relevant documentation (Commercial proposal, Functional requirements, Project charter). - Development of a project plan, project budget, risk management plan and communication plan. - Team building - Measure and track regularly the project performance with on-time reporting to project committee - Maintenance of implemented software according to ITSM standards and practices: management of service requests, incidents, problems, changes. I mainly stick to classic Waterfall PM approach for projects of software implementation but also use Agile method when it is required for project needs. Projects of software support basically require an iterative approach based on Kanban and Scrum methodologies. Project management and communication tools: Jira, Confluence, Trello, Zoom, MS Teams, MS Project, Google Spreadsheet, Yandex Tracker. Show less
