I had the pleasure of mentoring, working with, and getting to know Dzsenifer at Booster Seat. Since beginning the program, Dzsenifer's passion for improving herself, curiosity to learn more about the business and corporate world, and time management (juggling school, multiple jobs, and this program), shows fervently. In our internship project, Dzsenifer took on the role of analyzing costs. When engaging with the client, she took the initiative to present key topics, questions, and really understand and analyze the clients needs. In team dynamics, Dzsenifer shines by making sure everyone is included and aligned. I am looking forward to how Dzsenifer continues to succeed!
