Dzmitry is an excellent self-starter. He participated in two different Summer of Code events for Ryzom Core and has become a contributing member of the project. His past year and a half with Ryzom Core has been so spectacular that his work has unintentionally become the basis for all future tool rewrites and implementations. Dzmitry is a very diligent worker who is more interested in the correct way to accomplish a task than the easy way but has enough intuition to know what things can and need to be compromised on to maintain an accurate and realistic timeline. Dzmitry's knowledge of C++ is solid and his ability to self-educate on unknown areas or topics have made him the foremost Qt developer in the Ryzom Core community. If Dzmitry does not know the answer he knows how to find it and quickly. It has been a joy working with him and seeing his projects materialize into sophisticated and game-changing tools.
