  I joined large and distributed R&D team as a senior server-side developer for Solitaire Grand Harvest product. One of the biggest challenges I faced here is enormous amount of active users. It constantly requires from me to think about quality and performance of code. My responsibility is to delivery fast and reliable services working under constant pressure, writing technical documentation.   As a technical lead I participated in different company activities. During that time there were couple of projects in development: financial archive, GIS system, technical support activities for running systems etc. One of the most challenging stuff was developement of electronic components catalog for Ministry of Industry. Among requirements there were public availability of the system with fast and modern UI. It required from us to find scalable and reliable solution based on microservice architecture and CQRS pattern.I participated in architecture meetings, this allowed me to take part in defining critical aspects of the projects architecture, frameworks, and libraries.Additionally, I had many such called "soft" responsibilities as interviewing candidates, team management, planning, dividing user stories into specific and understandable to developers tasks, code review.   As a result of success of previously developed "acquaintance" pilot project we started a new project for the same airline company. This was an archive for commercial documentations. Since there are high requirements for protecting financial information our team used to carefully find solutions to provide necessary security level. It gave me experience in data security (encryption of the data, secure connection between parts of the application, etc.). Also one of the significant features and challenges of this project was large and constantly growing amount of documents (10M+ at the beginning of operating). In terms of this project we changed our way to store data from traditional storages (Oracle or MS SQL Server) to open source solutions based on PostgreSQL. I participated in writing performance tests using JMeter and I'm very proud that we managed to implement system based on opensource components which finally provides better performance on large amout of data than previously used solutions.   I joined the project at the beginning of its development and worked on all aspects of the system (front-end, back-end, system support, requirements analytic and documentation writing). The project is an acquaintance system for one of the famous airline compony. A distinctive feature of this project is a large number of users (~10k) simultaneously viewing the documents. It required me to look for the ways to optimize existing code, make architecture scalable and tolerant and wisely use multi-threading code.   Huge workflow automation system for large retail business. I joined a team as a Java developer at the very beginning, we created brand new application from the scratch and successfully deployed it in the production. Implemented data exchange between the scanning complex and the electronic archive. Created tool for building interfaces and setting up user business functions, depending on their roles in the system. Provided integration with third-party information systems using SOAP and REST.
