Dylan is a rare breed. A brilliant engineer that effectively communicates and engages with customers and colleagues with ease. He builds trust quickly with those around him and can talk with any level within an organization. Dylan was an integral part of the sales team that secured many large contracts over the five plus years we worked together. He leads by example and he was never afraid to tackle any challenge put in front of him as he took on more senior roles in the company. It was a pleasure to have Dylan on my team at Hawboldt and there are not many people that I respect more. Dylan continues to mature as a leader and the sky is the limit to what he can reach in his career.
