As a Technical Deployment Assistant I imaged computers for staff and faculty so the computers met DePaul's requirements and complied with DePaul's guidelines. I also tested and deployed computers to ensure the computers were working properly and that staff were satisfied. I provided hardware and software support for machines if any questions arrived or something wasn't working properly on site when deploying.
