I had the pleasure of working with Dylan for 3 plus years at Vista, where he was my direct supervisor. During that time, I was consistently impressed with his attention to detail, story telling skills, and ability to convey complex analysis in simple terms. Dylan is a highly detail-oriented individual who is always looking for ways to improve the quality of his work. He is also a great story teller who is able to communicate complex ideas in a way that is easy to understand. This makes him an invaluable asset to any team, as he is able to quickly and effectively get his point across. In addition to his strong communication skills, Dylan is also a great mentor. He is always willing to share his knowledge and experience with others, and he is always looking for ways to help his team members grow and develop. He is also a great listener, and he is always willing to take the time to understand the needs of his team members.
