Worked at a quality control testing area, which involved the following. Energizing a Motor Control Center (MCC) to test for shortages and proper voltage readout through copper buses. Review schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineer drawings to examine and correct errors in the engineering and manufacturing process. Examine workmanship of other employees through a go/no-go process, and correct if needed. Produce physical and digital forms that records quality checks throughout the manufacturing process, and translates the product's intended use and limitations to the customer. Work with engineers and drafters to correct oversights and errors on projects. Constant improvements in Lean and 5S+ through a local facility improvement tracker policy.
