It was an absolute pleasure to work with and report to Dylan. When I was a new product designer, Dylan was warm and welcoming. He helped me to understand our product, but also ux/product design as a discipline. Dylan was gracious and understanding, but he also challenged me to grow by nudging me in certain directions and encouraging me to wrestle for solutions on my own. When our design team leader left, Dylan rose to the challenge of filling that role and excelled. Dylan managed to strike a balance between being personal, friendly, honest, candid, and professional, while making sure each member and our team as a whole did our work on time and with excellence. I really admired and appreciated how Dylan took an iterative approach to managing our team. He would seek feedback, implement new processes, seek feedback again, and as a result, our team was very efficient, spending time in meetings and activities that were fruitful. I could continue to gush, but I'll end by saying that Dylan modeled what great management can look like, and I am very grateful for the opportunity to work with and under him.

I've known Dylan for over 10 years. Dylan is a rare type in that whatever he takes on he truly gives it 100%. A true problem solver that is committed to constantly bettering himself and the projects he takes on. I've been lucky enough to learn from and work with Dylan on a variety of projects, and can confidently say I'm always excited to see the outcome and pick up a wealth of knowledge along the way.
