Over the past nearly 2 years I've seen him develop into a fantastic confident data engineer with great soft skills being able to give clear and concise feedback to our customers. Seeing Dylan present at Microsoft Ignite and getting his Microsoft Student Partner award was the culmination of a lot of activity, learning and mentoring others. - As a Microsoft Student Partner it was my duty to act as a Tech evangelist and also give back to the community. - I've conducted 2x unconference sessions at Microsoft Ignite London. - I am an avid member of both the 'UK Azure' and 'Data Science London' user groups. - I have also been a mentor during Vodafone's youth Digital Incubator.
