At Powderkeg my role has various responsibilities. My main responsibility is to manage and oversee the staff, including hiring, empowerng, and employee enrichment programs. I also direct the strategy and direction of the Powderkeg brand. I oversee projects and work with the designers and developers to ensure we meet the high standards that we set. I make sure projects stay on track to meet deadlines and budgets. I ensure that Powderkeg continues to grow annually and keep the bottom line increasing.
