I joined the company at its headquarters during the startup phase. I was promoted to serve as a bridge between Engineering, Procurement, and Production of facades on world-class buildings. I collaborate with Engineering on the design for manufacturability and configuration management, develop plan for project release schedules, and oversee continuous process improvement using Lean and Six Sigma tools. Develop performance requirements based on wind load and LEED specifications and conduct performance mockups prior to production. Establish relationships with vendors and work closely on custom designs, quality, and scope of buyouts.
